The Division of GI Surgery, GI Oncology, Minimal Access surgery at Sunrise Hospital, is fully equipped with modern facilities and carries out all major GI, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic procedures whether it is major or complex. The department has its own gastrointestinal and liver Intensive Care Unit for critically ill patients.The mission of the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department is to provide the art of surgical services for patients of digestive, liver, pancreato biliary colorectal disease. The department of Surgical Gastroenterology at Sunrise Hospital has a time of faculty headed by Dr Baiju Senadhipan, Pioneer Laparoscopic Surgeon in the World. The team comprises of talented, motivated and passionate specialists who constantly endevour to perform Safe Surgical Practises.
